In an homage to the memorable Halloween parades in Kutztown’s past, the bicentennial parade will be held in the evening, starting at 7pm. And like other parades, it will form at the Kutztown Fairground and Kutztown University (College Boulevard), then march down Main Street and end at the Kutztown Park. The judges’ stand will be located near the intersection of Main and Willow Streets, but great views can be had all along Main Street. There will also be food vendors lined along the parade route and in the Kutztown Park. The rain date is Sunday, August 2 at 1:00pm.
When the parade is over, make your way to the Kutztown Fire Company, 310 Noble Street, where the Kutztown Hobos and the fire company are co-hosting the after-parade party with Kutztown's own Frog Holler and very special guest Hezekiah Jones. Admission is $15 and INCLUDES Domestic Beer!
